Refund Policy

All sales of recharge are final with no refund or exchange permitted. The User is solely responsible  for the Mobile Number, Data Card or DTH account number you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. is not responsible to provide refund for wrong mobile number, Data Card Number or DTH account number recharge.

2. Splashcharge is not responsible for faulty connection on the side of the user while using the Payment Option.

3. In case the user has paid and not received the recharge amount, the user will have to submit complete transaction details along with contact details to customer support at Splashcharge. We shall require the following details to investigate the incident-

(i) the mobile number or data card number or DTH subscriber id,

(ii) operator name,

(iii) Recharge value,

(iv) Transaction date and

(v) Transaction Id.

Splashcharge shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your retailor account without delivery of the Recharge then the money will be refunded within 3 working days from the date of the receipt of your Mail / SMS.

4. In any case, the liability of is only restricted to providing the user a valid recharge or refund to the extent of payment received by the site. The Splashcharge shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed recharge on its system.
